The ticket system is used to organize the communication between IT-users and administrators concerning their problems with PCs, Software and other Hardware.

Therefor we use the online-service freshdesk.com. Furthermore freshdeks.com offers the possibility to set up a support web page, which is currently being build up.

In the following it will be explained how you treat with the ticket system.

If you need the help of an administrator, this can be in the case of e.g. errors of your PC/Laptop, to install software on your password protected PC or anything else, you can write an e-mail to [mailto:support-mp@medizin.uni-tubeingen.de support-mp@medizin.uni-tubeingen.de] containing a description of your problem or request.
The content of this e-mail will be stored on Freshdesk and the administrators can get in e-mail-contact with you via this system. Moreover it allows the administrators to coordinate the assistance for the users.

We get a new internet presence. In the moment we cannot add new staff.

first you have to create an account. Visit this site and feel of the request.
