You can download an Owncloud Client for any OS here:

Just install the appropriate client. During installation put in the full server address: 

https://mps-115-100.medizin.uni-tuebingen.de/

Use your MP user account for login to server. You can use the server link above also for the webclient. Attention: Please don't use the share with email button, because sending via email is not working!!! Just copy the shared link to your email client and send it from there.
